Telegram business account

A Telegram business account is an ordinary Telegram account, with its own phone number, that a company uses to talk with customers, often with Telegram Business features turned on.
Many businesses give customers a phone number and answer on Telegram from it, as they would from a personal account. Telegram Business, part of Telegram Premium, adds opening hours, a location, greeting and away messages, quick replies and the option to connect a chatbot.
Because it is a real user account, it keeps its full chat history and can start chats, unlike a Telegram bot. The trade-offs are that Telegram restricts accounts that message many strangers, and the account belongs to whoever holds the phone number.
How Risti does it
Risti’s Telegram account connection signs in as you, like another device such as Telegram Desktop; the phone keeps working. Enter the Phone number with its country code, press Send code, type the 5-digit Code from Telegram and press Connect account. If two-step verification is on, enter the Two-step verification password and press Finish connecting.
Only private chats arrive. Starting new chats is limited to 10 a day per account, and 3 a day in its first 14 days. The account takes Telegram voice calls in the browser, and you can sign Risti out at any time from Telegram › Settings › Devices. Steps: Connect a Telegram account.
