Answer chats and calls on your own Telegram number from Risti, while your phone keeps working.

In short
You connect your own Telegram account to Risti from Settings › Apps › Marketplace › Telegram account. You enter your phone number and the code Telegram sends you. It takes about 2 minutes. Risti signs in like another device, your phone keeps working, and your private chats land in the shared inbox.
Before you start
The phone number of your Telegram account.
The Telegram app open on a device, to read the code.
Your two-step verification password, if you set one.
The Owner or Admin role in Risti.
Open the Telegram account card
Go to Settings › Apps › Marketplace, find Telegram account under Messaging and press Connect.
Enter your phone number
Type it with the country code in Phone number, for example +998 90 123 45 67, and press Send code.
Tip. The code arrives in the Telegram app, so keep it open on your phone or computer.
Enter the code
Telegram sends a 5-digit code to the Telegram app. Type it into Code from Telegram and press Connect account.
Add your password if asked
If two-step verification is on, enter your Two-step verification password and press Finish connecting.
Choose the teams
On the account page, open Routing and tap the teams that get these conversations. With no team picked, chats go to your organization’s default team.
Turn on calls
To answer Telegram voice calls in the browser, turn on Take calls in Risti: tick the disclosure and press Turn on calls. Calls then ring with Answer and Decline.

What happens next
Your phone keeps working. Sign Risti out any time in Telegram › Settings › Devices.
Risti takes private chats only. You can start up to 10 new chats a day per account, and 3 a day in its first 14 days.
You can transfer a Telegram call to a teammate. Once an owner or admin turns on call recording, they can be recorded and transcribed too.
If the account is signed out, press Log in again on its page. The same conversations continue.
If it doesn’t work
Will my phone still get Telegram messages?
Yes. Risti signs in as another device, like Telegram Desktop, and your phone keeps working.
How do I disconnect Risti from my Telegram?
Sign it out in Telegram › Settings › Devices, or press Disconnect on the account page in Risti. Conversations and their history stay in the inbox.
How many new chats can I start?
Up to 10 new chats a day per account, and 3 a day during the account’s first 14 days in Risti.
Can I take Telegram calls in Risti?
Yes. Turn on Take calls in Risti and allow the microphone. Telegram voice calls then ring in the browser, and you can transfer them to a teammate.
