Halley by Risti

Everything due, right on time.

Ticket deadlines, call backs, internal tasks and snoozed chats, on one calendar by the hour.

1705

Edmond Halley says the comet will be back in 1758.

1758

It comes back, on time. He wasn’t there to see it; the promise was kept anyway.

Halley keeps your team’s promises the same way: each one has a time, and someone is responsible for it.

In short

Halley is Risti’s work calendar. It shows everything with a due time on one calendar: ticket deadlines, call backs from missed calls and call summaries, internal tasks and snoozed chats. See a day, a week, an agenda or each person’s load, drag a card to a teammate, and add it to your own calendar app.

Questions

Before you ask the time.

What shows up in Halley?

Ticket deadlines, call backs, internal tasks, snoozed chats and who is away. Anything in Risti with a due time.

Can customers book times in Halley?

Not yet. Bookings are in the works. Today Halley shows the work your team has already promised a time for.

Does it count business hours?

Yes. Ticket deadlines count your business hours, as the ticket’s service level does, and closed hours are shaded on the calendar.

Can I see it in Google Calendar?

Yes. Add your private, read-only link to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, with only your work or your teams’ too. It shows times, ticket numbers and titles, never customer messages, and you can reset the link any time.

Who can see everyone’s calendar?

Each person sees the work they can already see in Risti, so Everyone shows the whole team only to those allowed to see it. Only people who manage assignments can drag work to someone else.

Keep every promise on time.
